Can't put it down!

Ok, So I must admit that I have fallen victim to only blogging about my little man.

You probably come to my blog and say,

"Oh please, more picts of Jack?" 

Well, maybe not because he is pretty adorable ;) but I thought I would share a bit about what is going on in my life as an actual person and not just Mommy.

I am the first to admit that I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to the scriptures. 

I want to be, but

I typically go to Matt with my questions when I come across something that I need clarifying. 

(Luckily, I have a smart little hubby.)

However, I do try to read my scriptures every day, hold family prayer, and do FHE once a week....even though some nights I may hurry through it to watch the Bachelor :P 

(whoops...is that bad?)

But this year my goal is to plan on making it more meaningful.

I came across this gem and I can not put it down!

It is basically the Book of Mormon, but with tons of additional comments and references to go along with pretty much every verse.

I have already learned so much more than I did previously by just reading the BOM on its own.

Anyway, if you are like me and some of the concepts come a little...ehhhemmm...slower...than others this is a wonderful resource.
