Oak Glen

This weekend we took a little trip up to Oak Glen orchards.

It's such a sweet little town and we were able to pick apples from their orchard, visit the little shops, and enjoyed some apple treats.
It was a little crowded since it was the last weekend to pick from their orchard, but it was still a lot of fun.

 

We had fun picking apples and exploring the orchard.

Although, I think Jack had more fun throwing the apples.

He's definitely all boy!

 

They had apple cider making which we didn't do but probably should have since it smelled so good.

I loved seeing all the beautiful fall colors and smelling the apple aroma.

It makes me feel like the holidays are right around the corner - and that makes me happy.

We enjoyed sampling some apple butter and bought an apple pie to take home.

Jack had fun running through the trees while Grandpa chased after him.

I just love spending time with my family.

They are great company... and its a good thing since families are forever!
