Value Jar

This year I got put into the Young Women Program as the Personal Progress Leader.

I was pretty excited.

We have such a great group of girls!

They are so darling and fun to be around.

As an incentive to do their Personal Progress I made this lovely...

Value Jar.

It's filled with loot from their favorite stores.

H&M and Bath and Body Works to name a couple.

Each item corresponds to a Value color.

If they pass off a full Value, which includes about 7 goals and one 10 hour project,

they get to pick out a fun bracelet, lotion, or bangle.

They used to give out bookmarks...

Hopefully this will help them get motivated!
