2 Months

I can't believe Jackson is already 2 months old! It seems like yesterday that he was born, but it also feels like we have always had him in our family. I almost can't remember what it was like without him.

What Jack can do...
Smiles
Hold his head up to look around
Recognizes Mommy and Daddy
Sleeps through the night (7-8 hours)
Hold his body up on his tummy
Coos and talks to us...LOVE this!
Cuddles and gives kisses


What I love about this age...

1. He can almost sleep through the night!



He is an amazing sleeper! I couldn't be luckier with this one. He'll take at least 3 good naps during the day and will sleep 7-8 hours at night, eat, then sleep four more until morning. I think he knows mommy is a lot happier when she is well rested :)


2. Eyes.



We are not exactly sure what color his eyes will be when he is older. It's a fun guessing game. One day they will be super blue and the next they will be an aqua green. What we do know though is how gorgeous his eyes are! They kind of look like mine, but way prettier. It's fun to see a little bit of myself in him because he is like 99% Steele.

3. Smiles.



I've never seen a happier baby. He smiles so much now. It's so amazing how much they can understand now too. When I come into view, he recognizes me and immediately smiles the biggest...melts my heart every time.


4. Baby feet.



Are you kidding me about how adorable these are? I can't get enough. I probably kiss his feet and sing "little piggies" with him 100 times a day. He loves the end when the littlest piggie goess "weeeeeeweeeeweeeeee" all the way home. Get's him every time.

5. So Fresh



He smells so good! This fresh face is so kissable after a bath! When I get him into his towel and carry him into his room he always nuzzles his little face into me and loves to cuddle up to his mommy.

It's going by so fast..which makes me a little sad. But, it's so fun when he reaches the next milestones. I LOVE my little buddy!
